What Our Clients Are Saying
From first visit to last trim, our clients appreciate the care, patience, and professionalism we bring to every appointment.
We’ve been using Zoomies for both grooming and daycare for the last few months, and I can’t say enough good things! Our pup Korra gets so excited to go to daycare and they always send photo updates, so we know she’s having a great time. We’ve also been very happy with the grooms. Both times the groomer has explained any areas of concern pre-groom and we have loved both the communication and the results!Read more
As someone who’s new to the area, I was really nervous about where to bring my baby for grooming. Finding someone you trust with your dog is so important, but I honestly couldn’t have been happier with Zoomies Dog Grooming. When picking her up she looked amazing and so happy. It was obvious she’d been well looked after and was happy throughout her visit. The team genuinely care about the dogs and treat them so well. I can confidently say I’ve found our new groomer, and we’ll definitely be regulars from now on. Highly recommend!Read more

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a groom take?
Typically 1.5–3 hours depending on coat type.
We never rush appointments — your dog’s comfort comes first.
What’s included in a full groom?
A full groom includes:
- Bath & blow-dry
- Brush-out
- Trim (breed-standard or pet style)
- Nail trim
- Finishing & styling
We confirm everything before we begin.
What if my dog is nervous?
That’s completely normal.
Our team are experienced with anxious or first-time dogs and take extra time where needed.
Do you groom puppies?
Yes — we offer gentle puppy packages which are a great way to introduce your new puppy to the grooming environment and to build positive experiences early.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 6–8 weeks.
Many clients pre-book to maintain coat health and condition.
Are vaccinations required?
We require dogs to be up-to-date with:
- DHPPi
- Kennel Cough
This helps protect all dogs visiting the salon.
Does my dog need to be neutered?
Neutering is not required for grooming appointments.
Can I stay with my dog during the groom?
While we completely understand the desire to stay close to your dog, we generally recommend that owners do not remain during the grooming session. In our experience, most dogs settle much more quickly and feel more relaxed when their owner is not waiting nearby.
Our experienced grooming team will ensure your dog is handled with care and comfort throughout the entire groom, and we will always keep you updated if needed.
Quality over quantity.
We limit the number of grooming appointments each day so every dog gets the time, patience and attention they deserve.
