What does my dog need to join Zoomies Doggy Daycare?
All dogs must be in good health and have current vaccinations. Required vaccinations include DHPPI, Kennel Cough, and Rabies. Female dogs over 12 months of age must be spayed. Dogs under 2 years old must provide a valid vaccination check.
What items should I bring for my dog to Zoomies Doggy Daycare?
For daycare, food is optional and only needed if your dog requires a meal during their stay. For boarding, we recommend bringing your dog’s regular food and any required medications. Bedding and comfort items such as toys are optional, as we also provide them.
Do you offer facility tours before reservations?
Guests are welcome to view our facility through the large window in the reception area. For health and safety reasons, customers are not permitted beyond reception, as entering the facility may disturb dogs who are nervous or reactive.
How can I book dog daycare, boarding, or training services?
You can make a reservation by calling us or reaching out to us via WhatsApp.
How can I stay updated on my dog during their time at Zoomies Doggy Daycare?
We share updates on your dog’s activities throughout the day, either through a daily report or via WhatsApp, based on your preference.
What care is provided if my dog becomes ill or injured at daycare?
In case of an emergency, we will contact you right away and transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic.

What services does Zoomies Ireland offer?
We provide premium dog grooming and small dog daycare (up to 12kg). Our grooming services focus on comfort, trust, and quality, especially for nervous or sensitive dogs. The daycare is calm, structured, and carefully supervised, giving your dog a safe and friendly environment to play and relax.
What are your hours of operation?
Our daycare and grooming services operate from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Are there any requirements for my dog to attend?
Yes. To ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs:

You can book online through our website, or call/email us directly. We recommend booking in advance, especially for grooming appointments or daycare spots, as spaces are limited for small dogs.
Can I check on my dog during their stay?
Yes. We offer updates via photos, videos, or short messages during your dog’s stay. You can also call the facility if you have any concerns.
What happens if my dog gets sick or injured?
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. If your dog becomes unwell or injured, we will:
Contact you immediately.
Take your dog to a veterinarian if necessary.
Provide updates until your dog is healthy and safe.
Do you offer grooming for nervous or sensitive dogs?
Yes. Our grooming sessions are slow, calm, and gentle, designed to reduce stress and build trust. We consult with you beforehand to make sure your dog is comfortable at every step.
At Zoomies, our grooming appointments are reserved especially for your dog. Last
minute cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to other clients waiting
for appointments.
We kindly ask that any cancellations or appointment changes are made at least 24
hours in advance.
Our policy:
* Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50%
cancellation fee based on the booked service.
* No-shows will also be charged 50% of the appointment cost.
* The fee will be added to your account and must be paid before booking your next
appointment.
This policy helps us respect the time of our groomers and allows us to provide the
best possible service to all of our clients.
