Requirements
All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including Rabies, DHPP (or DHP), Bordetella (Kennel Cough),
and Leptospirosis.
Official and current vaccination records must be provided prior to admission and vaccinations must be administered at least 3 days before entry into daycare or boarding.

We reserve the right to refuse admission at check-in for any reason, including but not limited to situations where a pet appears sick, injured, in pain, aggressive, or poses a risk to other pets or staff.
If your pet has a medical condition or requires medication, please notify staff in advance so the pet’s suitability for care can be assessed.
1. Emergency Contact
You may designate an adult (18 years or older) as an emergency contact and authorised agent. This person should not be travelling with you if you are leaving the country.
If we are unable to contact you, you authorise Zoomies to contact your designated agent. You agree that your agent has full authority to make decisions regarding your pet’s care, including veterinary treatment and related expenses.
2. Medical Emergencies
If your pet becomes ill or injured and the situation is considered non-emergency, and we are unable to contact you, you may provide written or verbal instructions, including a maximum spending limit (in EUR) for veterinary treatment.
If no instructions are provided, you authorise Zoomies to approve veterinary care up to €1,000.
In the event of a serious or life-threatening emergency, we may transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic immediately before attempting to contact you.
3. Liability & Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that dogs may interact during daycare or boarding, and despite proper supervision and vaccination, injuries or illness may occur.
- If your pet is injured by another pet, you agree to release Zoomies Domestic Pets Boarding Est, its owners, and employees from all liability.
- If your pet causes injury to another pet, you accept full responsibility for all resulting costs and damages.
You understand that vaccination does not guarantee immunity from illness. All risks associated with boarding and daycare are assumed by the pet owner.
If your pet damages Zoomies property, you agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
To the fullest extent permitted under Irish law, you waive any claims against Zoomies Domestic Pets Boarding Est arising from your pet’s stay on the premises.
4. Payment for Services
You agree to pay all charges for services provided at the rates agreed upon at the time of booking.
Charges begin on the date of check-in.
If payment is not made in full at check-out, Zoomies reserves the right to retain custody of your pet, at your
expense, until all outstanding fees are settled.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
5. Dog Daycare
Daycare dogs will interact with other dogs, subject to temperament assessment.
Minor injuries, illnesses, or dog bites may occur despite supervision.
Dogs may be rested or kenneled periodically throughout the day, including during check-in, check-out, or rest periods.

6. Personal Items
Please do not bring valuable or irreplaceable items.
Zoomies is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings or toys.
All medications must be clearly labelled with the prescribing veterinarian’s details.
Supplements not prescribed by a veterinarian will only be administered with owner consent, and responsibility remains with the owner.
7. Pets Not Collected / Abandonment
If your pet is not collected on the agreed departure date, you authorise Zoomies to continue care at your expense.
If a pet is deemed abandoned under Irish law, Zoomies will attempt to contact you. If no response is received within a reasonable period, the pet may be surrendered to an authorised rescue or rehoming organisation. Ownership rights may be forfeited.
You remain liable for all outstanding charges, including reasonable legal and collection costs.

8. Photography & Media
You grant permission for photographs or videos of your pet taken during their stay to be used for marketing or promotional purposes, including online and printed materials.
9. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection laws.
10. Entire Agreement
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions.
